REFLEXOLOGY          60 minutes     $80

     Reflexology is so much more than just a foot massage.  Reflexology is a healing art and science based on principle that there are reflex areas in the feet, hands and ears that correspond wo all the glands, organs and parts of the body.  By effectively applying pressure and compression the body can be brought back into homeostasis.  Practitioners may choose wot work on hands, feet, ears or any combination of the three.  Light or firm pressure is used.  
* Reflexology is done fully clothed and is recommended for those that are uncertain about massage.

     Sometimes lovingly called the "lazy mans yoga".  Thai massage works to increase range of motion and flexibility.  Thai Massage is an ancient practice with its roots in Yoga.  Ayurvedic medicine, and Buddhist spiritual practice.  This unique and complete system combines rhythmic massage, acupressure, gentle twisting, and deep stretching.  It release tension, increases vitality and creates wholeness of mind, body and spirit in both giver and receiver. 
* Thai Massage is performed on a mat on the floor and or massage table.  Loosely fitted clothing and socks required.  

SHAMANIC REIKI     60 minutes     $70

     Reiki literally means transcendent life energy.  reiki is non-invasive, holistic, energy healing art for deep relaxation, balance, peace and well-being.  Shamanic Reiki differs from traditional Reiki in that the practitioner may use plants, dried herbs, huacas (stones), crystals, drums and rattles in the session.  The Shamanic practitioner connects deeply  with her animal and or spirit guide while working with the client to help facilitate and bring healing energy through practitioner to client.  Reiki works to open blocked energy channels in the body.  Through the placement of hands either above or on the body, the Reiki practitioner gently and safely guides the clients "chi" or flow of life to restore, energy balance, and regenerate the mind, body and spirit.  This healing modality is practiced fully clothed.
