POLICIES

SCHEDULE... please help us keep our schedule by arriving on time for all services and 10 minutes early for any spa services.  Clients who are late may be asked to reschedule their appointment.
CHILDREN... are always welcome in the salon but we ask that they do not enter the Spa area.  To ensure their safety, we ask that all children are accompanied by an adult during their service and adults receiving services not bring your children to provide a safe and stress free environment.
GIFT CARDS... are available and may be purchased for any dollar amount.  If you are holding a gift card and you miss an appointment, the amount will be reduced from your card.
CANCELLATIONS... we require a 24 hour cancellation notice for all services.  Spa Parties of 3 or more people will asked to give a credit card to hold your reservation.  If less than a 24 hour cancellation notice is received you will be charged 50% of the full service amount.  If you are holding a gift card, the amount will be reduced from the value of the gift card.
PRICES... are subject to change at any time.
REFUNDS... we do not give cash refunds.  All services have a limited time guarantee and if you are not completely satisfied, the service may be redone at no charge.  All chemical services are only guaranteed with the use of professional products available for purchase from Forbici Salon.
GRATUITIES... are not included in any of our service prices but are very much appreciated.  The salon industry average is 15-20% of your service fee.
